Entropic Studio Philanthropy

At Entropic Studio we believe that philanthropy can be a great way to give back to your community. We have worked with individuals and under-funded organizations, sharing our resources in an effort to help them improve their technology and image.

Organizations are selected based upon pre-determined criteria, including their specific needs in accordance with the types of service we provide and the nature of the organization itself.

Listed below are some of the projects we have recently donated our services to.

• Lagunitas Waldorf Inspired Program

  The Lagunitas Waldorf-Inspired Program is a learning community created through the collaborative efforts of teachers, students, parents, staff, and friends of the school and program. This is a unique educational experience for your child in that it addresses the whole child: "head, heart, and hands." Our program is based on the curriculum and methodologies originally researched by Dr. Rudolf Steiner and incorporated and further developed in over 950 Waldorf and Waldorf-inspired schools around the globe - the largest independent school movement in the world. The Lagunitas Waldorf-Inspired Program offers a challenging and enriching curriculum designed to provide students with an outstanding liberal arts experience, one which truly integrates all facets of learning: academic, emotional, physical, artistic, social, and ethical.
  

• Help Erica Walk

  Spinal cord injuries come in all forms. Most injuries happen to young men who are doing dangerous stunts and extreme sports activities. I work hard every day to improve my body and my mind. I know that there will be a cure for me and that someday soon I will walk again. I must be in strong physical health when they have the cure so that I am a strong candidate for the procedure. You receive the same specials, same shipping terms, same everything BUT, when you shop from the links on my vendors page, I receive a donation from the companies to help Spinal Cord Injured people to have a better life.
  

• Mofilms

  Mofilms is a not-for-profit media organization dedicated to making solution-oriented documentaries about social and environmental issues. Mofilms is committed to making current, hard-hitting, and informative films that are immediately distributed free of charge, in order to inform the global public about topics largely ignored by conventional mass media.
  

• Surf 4 Kids

  Surf 4 Kidz is a surf camp that is geared to teach and excite our younger kids about the ocean and surfing environment. The goal of Surf 4 Kidz is not only to inspire our youth to be a part of ocean community, but Surf 4 Kidz is dedicated to help and support a very worthy cause, the Boys and Girls Club of the Los Angeles South Bay. The camp itself consists of more one on one attention than is found in similar camps in order to ensure safety and increase time that is spent in the water doing what the kids want to do...surf!! There is a large variety of activity that takes place each day which consists of running, surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, volleyball, games, and ocean safety talks. All of the proceeds from Surf 4 Kidz are being donated to further help and develop our youth by supporting the Boys and Girls Club of the Los Angeles South Bay. The instructors have donated their time to set an example of importance to give back to such a great community and to support what matters most- the children in our society. Surf 4 Kidz is a camp that will help inspire our children, not only at the beach, but in everyday life.
  

• KCAP

  Our mission is simply to "Re-Enchant the World Through Art."
  
  We believe that kids who are nurtured with the creative spirit grow up ready and able to more effectively interact with the world.
  
  We believe that Art is not just a pretty picture but also a way of being creative in all aspects of one's life.
  
  We believe that creativity and the imagination are important tools for everyone in learning, interacting, growing up; and later in work and play, in self-knowledge, in partnership, and in helping to solve the world's problems.
  
  We believe this to be the best investment into the future that anyone can give and receive.
  

• Teens for Safe Cosmetics

  Teens for Safe Cosmetics is a coalition led by dynamic and passionate young women. We educate our peers and the public at large about safe and healthy lifestyle choices that foster healthier homes, schools and community environments free from harmful chemicals and pollutants. We advocate for legislation that protects our right to health, and inspire positive and collaborative change in our communities as we work towards a sustainable future.
